Mr. Graham is the managing partner of Graham & Associates LLP and Of Counsel to ProtectUS Law, focusing his practice on litigation, with particular experience in large class action, False Claims Act, environmental, labor, real estate and commercial lawsuits. He has tried cases in federal and state courts and in private arbitrations/mediations throughout the country, in matters involving a wide range of general and complex commercial disputes, including business torts, breach of contract, labor disputes, trade secret appropriation, fraud, and unfair competition and unfair business practices claims, among many others. Mr. Graham has extensive bench trial, jury trial, and appellate experience. He has spoken and written frequently on a variety of issues, including business torts, unfair business practices, patent damages, protecting trade secrets, and expert witnesses.

  • Successful prosecution of class action against energy company for environmental contamination resulting in $3.75 million settlement

  • Successful prosecution of class action against major hotel chain in

  • California for unfair business practices relating to “secret” charges resulting in $4.35 million settlement.

  • Successful prosecution at trial of false advertising action against Kars4Kids

  • resulting in permanent injunction against its false and misleading advertisements.
