BLAKE PERCIVAL

A man wearing glasses and a white shirt with a colorful floral pattern across the chest, smiling in a casual setting near windows and wooden panels.

While working as Director of Field Services at US Investigations Services (USIS), a Federal government contractor charged with conducting background checks for security clearance purposes, Blake discovered that his company was charging the government for background checks that were not done or not completed and he took a stance. He refused to participate in the fraud and he was fired for refusing to order his employees to continue the practice. He subsequently filed an FCA case and after near bankruptcy emerged as a victorious whistleblower. Blake is a seasoned professional with experience in Law Enforcement, Court Systems, U.S. Military, Federal Contracting, and Whistleblowing. He is adept at finding ways to use new technology to cut costs and maximize profit. He is a skilled communicator that can articulate a goal and build a cohesive team around it. He is an inherently ethical person and refuses to let anyone else decide his standards, morals, or ethics.
